Once a session is initiated, you will be provided with a unique access link or session code. By approving the connection, you allow a technician to view your screen and, where required, control your device to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently—without the need for an in-person visit. All activity is visible to you throughout, ensuring full transparency during the support process.
