1. Overview
FlexiShop is a modern repairs management module for Perfex CRM. It allows you to manage repair jobs, track status, and provide customers with real-time updates.
2. Installation
Upload the module ZIP in Perfex CRM under Setup > Modules, then activate FlexiShop.

4. Repair Tracking
Customers can visit /repair-tracking and enter their Repair ID and email to view status.
5. My Repairs
Logged-in clients can view all their repairs under 'My Repairs'.

Configure thermal print width, menu names, and system behavior.
7. Status System
Supports statuses like Pending, In Progress, Completed, Delivered. Unknown statuses are handled automatically.
8. Troubleshooting
- If pages show 404, refresh routes
- Ensure module is activated
- Check permissions
